Joseph's 1st photoshoot

My wonderfully talented sis-in-law Jaqui came over for Joseph's first photoshoot. It was a beautiful sunny day, Travis played with the other kids outside, while inside Jaqui shot photo after photo of our new precious babe. The pictures turned out amazing. If you want to see more of Joseph's first pictures, check out her blog... better yet, have her come take pictures for you!

Picnic Frock GIVEAWAY!!!!

Picnic Frock GIVEAWAY!!!!

Oh Baby, oh baby...

It's always amazing how much you love a new baby the minute they are finally in your arms. I just can't picture our family without him (other than the additional sleep I would get at night.) Here are some pics of the day our new little prince joined our family.

Induction time... look at that belly!

they say it's your birthday... again?!

After 2 boys birthdays, Devin's birthday, several extended family birthdays, a few friends birthdays... you'd think we were partied out, right?! Not quite.

Lauren was in town, so we decided to throw a little party for the March birthday boys, at least the little ones (the dad's w/birthdays we fine not being spotlighted this day) Tanner, Anson & Lauren's son Ashton are all March babies. We got together at Grandma's house, ate lots of food, had cake, played, played, played (while the adults relaxed a little) then opened presents. It's always fun to get together with family!
My cute sister Lauren
Cousins! (a few are missing from the picture)
Birthday boys blowing out candles (say that 5x fast!)
Devin, wasn't forgotten! Yeah new shirts and tie! --- what a goof... :)

Piano Perfecto...

The boys have been taking piano now for almost a couple of years. Anson was 3 when he started. Definitely Genne's youngest student. They both have improved so much and to show their talents, they were able to participate in a recital! This is Tanner's 2nd, but Anson's 1st recital. They definitely had the largest cheering section, with both sets of grandparents, an aunt & uncle, sister, mom & dad all watching and listening excitedly.

Great job boys! You did great!

Another Happy Birthday...

Tanner... this year he wanted Krispy Kreme donuts instead of a cake. (a little relief from me, especially since by the end of March we are on cake overload) I showed up at his class with the perfect sugar overload, donuts and caprisun. This is him being sung to by his class... a little embarrassed and shy, but loving every moment too.
After swim lessons, we had pizza (by request of course) and finished the evening off with presents and a krispy kreme sundae... not sure if this is something you can actually order, this was my creation at home. Colorful, isn't it? I am sure that everyone had more than enough sugar this evening.
Tanner was excited to get a new bike, he's been needing one for awhile. He was lucky to also be given knee & elbow pads... so hopefully we can convince our very cautious child to free himself from the training wheels, at least now that he has all the protection he needs, right? (of course already has a good helmet)
Happy Birthday Tanner! We sure love you!
