We're sitting outside. The kids are riding bikes and its 80 degrees. In only a week, the pool in our neighborhood opens for the summer. This is what I like about South Carolina.

Out in the country

My dear friend recently gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. This is child #7 for her. She is amazing.
I was lucky enough to take her family dinner tonight. I made lasagna & challah (a braided egg bread that is a fav of mine) brownies & salad. Ella was excited to take the baby "masanya" so the baby would feel welcomed. (cute girl, he, he)
Well, my favorite thing about heading out to my friends house is driving past all the farming fields. The kids like guessing what is growing in them. I just like the beauty of them. There is something calming about the country.

Last month...

At the doctor.

 

He's doing great now. 

He had some rough days though, 

with the allergy induced asthma.

He is so tough. 

And so good at being in control of all his allergies. 

He RARELY complains. What a good kid.

I love this boy.

Testing, testing...

I have tried to post to my blog via "mobile" blogging... but so far it
hasn't worked. If this appears on my blog, then hopefully my problem
is solved. Anyone have any suggestions? Have you texted a blog post?
Have you emailed one? Have you been successful? Have you run into
problems too and found some solutions? I take a lot of pictures with
my phone nowadays and it would be so very convenient to just post from
my phone. Hopefully I can get this all ironed out.
